Triad One Contracting Seminars is an educational service dedicated to assisting both contractors and journeymen in getting their North Carolina Contracting licenses for Electrical, Fuel Piping, Heating and Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Refrigeration.

As a member of The Air Conditioning Contractors of America and the International Code Council, we have been offering seminars since the late 1970’s. In 1986, we began offering seminars in the Winston-Salem area for persons studying to take their H1, H2 and H3 licensing examination. Since then we have expanded our service to include Electrical, Fuel Piping, Plumbing and Refrigeration throughout the state of North Carolina.

We also have opened a Bookstore that carries all Code Books and Manuals for these examinations. Triad One Contracting Seminars has helped literally 1000’s of people to obtain their North Carolina Contractor Licenses.
